Dothal oya, also known as little Nuwara-eliya mountaineer village in Kegalle district, shared its borders with Aranayaka, Dolosbage, and Gantuna Areas in between Central Province and Sabaragamuwa province.
To reach Into Dotal Oya, you can come across two major ways, from Ambalakanda to Ganthuna Road and Kegalle to Ganthuna Road. The bus route covers into the village as the last station, and that spot can get a panoramic view packed with wordless beauty.

When it comes to pre-shoots, Dothal Oya is a little bit famous day by day at present among locals because of its unique nature color code, green to gold, till sunrise to tea leaves. If you love to hike further and to discover about wildlife, you can visit Sandaraja Reserve in the north and east corner of this village. its a private reserve but well-maintained forest reserve in that area. specially for travelers who research leopards, snakes, and insects.
